I can't access a resource online
If you are having difficulties opening or downloading e-resources here are a few things you can try.
• Try accessing the resource with a different browser and see if you get the same error.
• Clear your cache
• Check that your browser is set to accept cookies.
• Check your pop-up blocker. You may need to disable it to view content from certain platforms.
When you click on some e-resources the link may open in your downloads, please check your downloads for the file. If you continue to have problems, please let us know.
