Do I need to use the ECLI when citing cases from the European Court of Justice?

The ECLI (European Case Law Identifier) is found in ECJ (European Court of Justice) citations and is similar to the UK neutral citation. It is not currently part of OSCOLA so it can be omitted. An example of a ECLI would be: EU:C:2013:147. If you do use it, it would go after the name of the case in your citation.
