I need to format my references using Word in Office 365
The video guidance on the Library Guide is for Word on a desktop. Unfortunately, the Office 365 version doesn't have the same functionality so you need to do it manually.
Firstly, there is no A-Z sort at all, so you will need to reorder into an alphabetical list yourself.
Once you have done that, highlight all the text.
Choose 'Layout' from the top tabs menu and click on the ellipsis (three dots) at the end. Once you click on the dots you get a drop down menu - click on 'Paragraph Options’
From the Paragraph options, change 'Special' to Hanging' and ‘Line spacing' to 'Double', then click on OK.
The references will then be in the correct format.
