How do I reference information from Statista using APA 7th?

Answer

Statista is usually the author of reports in the database, but it is not the source of data from surveys and statistics. When referencing you should always cite the original source of the information. Do not use Statista as the author if you are citing data that came from another organisation (see examples below). You can find Source details by checking the panel to the right of the data in Statista.
