How do I get a replacement ID and library card?

For students, the Hwb is now responsible for issuing ID/library cards. If your ID card has been lost or stolen, please report this to Hwb as soon as possible and they can advise about how to go about getting a replacement.
The library still issues staff ID cards. Please visit the library helpdesk at Singleton or Bay to collect your first staff ID card and remember to bring your letter of appointment and a form of offical ID for example a passport or driving licence.
For replacement staff cards, please bring a form of offical ID and there is a fee of £4 payable by card only.
