I need to find academic sources for my assignment. Where can I search?

Finding information on the internet is easy, but finding good quality and reliable information is trickier than you think. Before you use any web resource in your assignment ask yourself “Is the web page as good as information you would find in a book or academic journal?” You can find lots of literature searching support and tips on your Library guides pages, just click on your subject guide and choose the Research Skills tab.
You will find a list of your key academic databases on your Library Guide pages, just click on the Journals & Databases tab to access them.
If you are new to searching our databases we have lots of videos and tutorials on using them on the MyUni Library Essentials Tutorials. You will need to enrol first then choose the Researching module to view the database videos.
